This is how long I was on hold with Best Buy after they cancelled our HDTV order a week before Christmas. I won't go into details, but it was a stressful day trying to haggle a "black friday" deal on another tv.
Next year, I must remember that shopping online really is so much easier and really doesn't cost much more in the end. This was the UPS delivery we received yesterday.
