Potty Trained Cowgirl

I have fogotten to mention in blogs past that we have reached a huge mile stone with Olivia. She seems to be pretty much done with the 'potty-trainING' phase! Olivia is now waking up nearly every morning and from naps dry. I even packed away the little potty because she loves "mommies potty" (plus, I don't have to clean the little potty which is SO nice). We are very excited to have diapers taken out of the budget for these next few months.
Aaron also made Olivia's crib into more of a 'big girl' bed by taking off the front railing. Funny though, Olivia still won't get out of her bed in the morning until we have come to her room to get her. That isn't a complaint though!
I feel very lucky that Olivia really did make the potty training easy. With all the stories about potty training boys, I honestly fear what our son will do! Glad I have a couple of years to worry about that:)
Olivia wanted to try on my cowboy boots last night...I think this was the first time she had even caught eye of them.

The funniest thing was when she fell forward in them. Needless to say, after a minute or two of trying to stand back up, she gave up and took them off.

Quick trip to Utah - Grandma Johnson

Well, after nearly three weeks, I'm back! I really hadn't had any pictures to post until this last week. Last Sunday (March 12th) we learned that my Grandma Johnson passed away. She was such a great lady and at 93 years old, was looking forward to seeing Grandpa Johnson. So...Shellee, Olivia, and I flew to Utah on Wednesday morning for a quick trip (We got back to Atlanta last night). I am very glad that I had the opportunity to go and make closure. I even got some more treasures/memories from her home too! I have included a few pictures from my past few visits with her to start off the picture portion of my blog.

Christmas time 2004. Olivia and Grandma Johnson.

This is Christmas morning of either 2002 or 2004. I like this picture of Aaron and Grandma Johnson chatting.

The last few times I was in Utah, we rode our bikes over to visit Grandma.

Here are recent pictures from my visit last week:
Olivia loved spending time with her cousins!

Hangin' with Max and Kendra.

Kendra was kind enough to play marching band with Olivia.

Relaxing with a movie.

Max had a pose!

Kendra showing us how to dance on her Game Cube dance mat.

Kylan has definitely had practice on the dance mat.

My mom thought it looked easy and so she gave it a try.
side note: These things are a great workout!!!

Olivia taking a walk around Grandma Johnson's house.

Olivia inside Grandma Johnson's kitchen.

Olivia and Kelton at Grandma's house.

While we all enjoyed cake and ice cream for my dad's birthday, Olivia loved her popsicle! (Mommy forgot to buy r-ice cream:)

All the cousins beating up on Brandon...Olivia had to join in.

Olivia got a few beatings in:)

Olivia entertaining the boys.

Quick Utah trip continued...

Continued...

Oh, the joys of racing up a down a hall way with the cousins!

An American Idol in the making.

Pictures don't do this justice!

Laughing so hard at Max.

Mom, Shellee, Shonte', and Me

We were excited to wake up on Sunday morning to snow! Grandpa had to take Olivia right outside to make a snowball.

We were a little worried that we wouldn't be able to fly back to Georgia on Sunday because of all this snow. It was so pretty.

It's a ???***!

Okay, much exciting news is making the Lunt front door bulge a bit! First I will brag on my husband a little. I learned yesterday that his preliminary diploma from Georgia Tech will read HIGHEST HONORS! Of course, he still has grades from this last semester to come out, but he's right on track! Congratuations Honey!
Second--- Olivia is doing great with her potty training. She definitely hasn't potty trained herself (like some other young ones we know...hmm...Madison), but is making great progress! I am absolutely thrilled to think that before too long Olivia can ditch the diapers. At least in time for the second baby to come along and pick up the slack:) Congratulations I-ya (that is what she calls herself:)!!!
Last, but most certainly not least, I had my OB/GYN appointment today. It was a very exciting appointment because it was my ultrasound. I have been praying that the baby wouldn't be modest for the ultrasound (I pray that it will be modest from here on out!). Anyhow, my prayers were answered! We got a clear shot of what this baby is!

I never had an ultrasound this far along with Olivia and so this ultrasound was more detailed and fascinating! We saw all four chambers of the heart working hard! Here is a shot that shows a heart, bladder, spine and stomach (besides the skeletal looking face).

Got the fists up. I hope he's not getting prepped for the first firght with his big sister! jk My children will never fight with one another;) haha

Here is a thumbs up picture

I'm only posting this picture because it was requested that I do so. There ya go Katie!

Okay, now everyone should know what we are having! Right? If you didn't catch it, read the post again! Yes, Aaron and I are very excited! No, we don't have any names yet. I am open to suggestions (but only if you won't be offended I don't feel it fits).

One more thing - I had another request - to post the link where you can have your email address added to our 'blog update' email list. So, if there really are more of you out there that want to be notified by email when I update the blog, go to the links section on the right side of the screen and click on the Other Lunt Family Website link. On that home page, below our current contact info is a link that reads: sign up for the mailing list. Follow the directions from there...

Thanks for the comments on my past postings too!
