May 2014

Finally have our radon mitigation system installed.  I didn't get a pic of the finished product, but it's not too hideous.

Olivia got to go to work with Aaron a few weeks back.

Ryan likes Coke!

Mother's Day Dinner by Aaron!  Check out that ham rolled in the breaded chicken.  Totally impressive and SUPER yummy!

Autism Awareness shared Olivia's essay on their Facebook page and last I checked it had over 3,500 likes and nearly 100 comments with 174 shares.  Crazy.

Olivia was part of the choir group called Westernaires this year.  Their final performance with at the Arts Fair.  It was so pretty!

More of Olivia's art at the Art Fair.  She's pointing up because it was hanging from the ceiling.

Carter's art at the Art Fair

Haylee and Ryan were completely worn out by the Art Fair.

Haylee did quite a bit of running during Olivia's performance at the Arts Fair.  She's never continued napping after getting out of the van, let alone napping on Aaron.  Aaron ate it up.

Olivia making her tutu for our 5K

Carter made a crown for the 5K, but then decided not to wear it.

Haylee's tutu for the 5k.  So cute!

Paige's Princess 5k!

Pretty girl loves to swing!  And other pretty girl loves to pretend scare her baby brother.

Carter got his ball stuck between the power poles above the trampoline.

Crazy kids.

First time in the wading pool.  She LOVES this pool!

Ryan doesn't care for his baby swing anymore.  He loves the big kid one now!

Ate a little potting soil.

Ryan likes to dig for treasures from the garbage can.  He found one of Haylee's recently 1/2 eaten apple.  Ewwww...(not really, it was Shayleen approved to go ahead and finish eating)

Date night in the mini van!

Ryan LOVES playing the piano.

I found this awesome picture on my phone!  Ryan loves to take pictures with my phone and this one was a keeper!  That's Aaron's hand holding Ryan's feet.  He must have had his arm wrapped around him as we sat on the couch.

Corrie's birthday Steak n Shake visit!

Ryan loves it when Haylee will sit and let him watch the ipad with her.  She usually runs from room to room trying to avoid him.

Olivia graduated from 4th grade!  She got the reading award, honor roll award, choral award (for Westernaires) and she also won that medal around her neck for an essay she wrote on planting trees.  Only two kids in her class won that award and she was one of them!

So proud of my little smarty pants!

Olivia's best 4th grade friend!  Jada Warrington

Olivia and her home room teacher, Mrs. Stokes.

Carter graduated from 2nd grade too!  The boy on the right is his best 2nd grade friend, William Christian.  The other two boys on the left just wanted to be in the picture.

Carter and his 2nd grade teacher, Mrs. Clemmons.  We love this lady!  She was Olivia's 2nd grade teacher as well and even attended her baptism in 2012.  She's wonderful.

Carter got the PE award, Science award and the Perfect Attendance award!  I can't believe he didn't miss one day of school this year.  He LOVED 2nd grade!

Haylee graduated from her first year of preschool!  She got the next American Idol award for always singing.

Clarissa Stratton recently recruited me to run a 1/2 marathon with her in October.  This is day 1 of training!  6:30am on a Saturday!
