King's Island

Two weeks ago Aaron and I took the kids to King's Island for the first time. They were so excited to go and had been looking forward to it for weeks. Aaron and I were looking forward to no lines and great weather. Ha! The park was only open to GE and a few other companies, but it was slammed. At least we did get the great weather we had been looking forward to.

We started out on all the kiddy rides

Low thrill ratings were okay.

We worked our way up the thrill ratings. And we soon found out that we have two little thrill seekers! Especially Olivia. Any ride that she was tall enough for, she went on and the faster it moved, the more she loved it. She was disappointed that she couldn't go on several of the huge roller coasters.

I hope my kids know how much I love them by the places I found to nurse Haylee. Haylee and I survived though :) After getting some "healthy" dinner, the long lines eased up a bit.

Aaron has never been much for amusement parks. I used to love the rides, but don't have the stomach or back for them anymore. I think Olivia is following in my footsteps though. She did not want to leave the park. Carter likes to think that he has the stomach for amusement parks, but in the end, he didn't ;)
